No, it is mandatory to have an account on our website to shop and purchase items. You can shop by providing just your email ID, phone number.

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses – as to avoid any form of damage.

The estimated time of delivery depends and vary based on the product and destination chosen for delivery. Normal stated time is 5 to 15 working days for any product

  • We process all deliveries through private bus courier system and through reputed courier companies like Aramex, DTDC, Professional courier etc.

  • If there is no courier service available in your area, then your area will be listed in postal zone, so we will dispatch through postal service. For postal dispatches, the delivery time is 10 to 20 days for domestic and this detail is not stated at the product pages.

You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. All these are international and reliable logistics partners and deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

All orders placed with Saraswathy pooja World are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. If you needed we notify you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

Cancellations & Returns

We at Saraswathy pooja World, have a mechanism to check each and every product ready for shipment at two points, procurement and packing. So it’s a rare case in our records that a defective has got shipped. Each and every product is checked based on their attribute and usage and then processed for packing, so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. But, again as an option to make Customer to be at ease, we have options to notify us of any problems, damages or defects within two days from the date of receipt of the product, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
